Choose dimensions for the actual placement
The presets are convenient canvas sizes, not a guarantee of eligibility for every social placement or ad format. Check the platform’s current placement requirements before publishing. Custom dimensions let you match a supplier or campaign specification exactly.
Crop to fill removes part of the source image when its aspect ratio differs from the canvas. The horizontal and vertical positions control which part remains. Fit the whole image keeps all source content and adds background space as needed.
Choose the output format
PNG preserves transparency and sharp graphics. JPG fills transparent areas with your selected background color. WebP supports lossy output and transparency where the browser supports it. The downloaded file is a single still image; original metadata is not deliberately copied into the new canvas export.
Enlarging a small image does not restore missing detail. Use the original high-resolution asset where available, and check small text at the final display size.
This tool processes your inputs in your browser. It does not upload them or keep a server-side input history.
