Connect lead costs to customer economics.
Calculate cost per lead and estimated customer acquisition cost. See how closing rate and gross margin affect the amount you can afford to pay for a lead.
Your result
A cheap lead is not always a profitable lead
Cost per lead is acquisition spend divided by the lead count. Estimated customers equal leads multiplied by the closing rate. Estimated acquisition cost is spending divided by those modeled customers.
The maximum affordable lead cost in this model is closing rate × gross profit per customer. The break-even closing rate is spending ÷ (leads × gross profit per customer).
Read estimates as scenarios
A fractional customer result is a mathematical expectation, not a claim that a fraction of a sale occurred. If you enter a 0% closing rate, acquisition cost is undefined because there are no modeled customers.
The contribution after acquisition is gross profit minus the spending entered above. It is not final company profit: fixed overhead, taxes, retention costs and other unentered expenses remain outside the calculation.
