Local Service Page Duplicate Checker

A free tool from Cordell Digital

Find the copy your location pages share.

Compare up to five pages and see which passages repeat—even when the city names change.

Choose what to compare

One URL per line. Use 2–5 public pages from the same website. Only submit pages you have permission to check.

Separate names with commas. They are removed before comparison; each page’s original text is still shown.

What the percentage means

We compare sets of five consecutive words after removing the location names you supply. The percentage is the share of unique word sequences found on either page that also appear on the other page (Jaccard similarity). Reordered passages can still match.

This measures shared wording. It does not measure search rankings, prove keyword cannibalization, or decide whether a page violates Google’s policies. Repeated service descriptions may be reasonable; review whether each page gives customers useful information about that location.

URL checks read server-delivered HTML. Content loaded only by JavaScript, or hidden by page styling, may need the paste-text option. URL checks send page addresses to this WordPress server; submitted text and results are not saved by this plugin. Ordinary hosting access logs may still record requests.
