Multiple PDFs stay separate and download together in one ZIP. A batch report identifies any failed files. Each source PDF may have up to 500 pages.

    Options

Visual mode keeps unedited files in their original order. First-file mode requires matching page counts.

How to use Reorder PDF Pages

    1. Choose one or more PDFs. The first document opens in the thumbnail editor.
    2. Use Earlier or Later to move pages. Choose Preview beside another file to edit it.
    3. Save the order and download the PDF or batch ZIP.

    What this tool does

Every page is kept exactly once. Thumbnails show original page numbers and their new positions, with 12 positions per preview screen. Use Options to reverse every PDF or apply the first PDF’s order to all files; that last mode requires the same page count. Visual mode leaves documents you have not edited in their original order. Forms are not supported; bookmarks and some document-level features may not carry over.

    File limits and important documents

Use up to 100 PDFs, 25 MB each and 60 MB total. Batch output is limited to 200 MB. Password-protected PDFs and interactive forms are not supported. Use an unsigned copy: editing a PDF can invalidate digital signatures. Your original files are unchanged. On smaller devices, use fewer or smaller files.

    Are my files uploaded?
