    Cropping changes the visible page area. Hidden text and images remain recoverable in the PDF. Use a dedicated redaction tool to remove sensitive content.

    How to use Crop PDF Pages

    1. Choose your PDFs.
    2. Adjust the edge trims or choose a preset, then review the preview.
    3. Crop the files and download your PDF or ZIP.

    What this tool does

    The starting setting trims 5% from each edge. Percentages follow the visible page orientation, including quarter-turn rotated pages. The same percentages apply to every selected page; they are not an automatic whitespace detector. The media size and underlying page contents are retained.

    File limits and important documents

    Use up to 100 PDFs, 25 MB each and 60 MB total. Batch output is limited to 200 MB. Password-protected PDFs and interactive forms are not supported. Use an unsigned copy: editing a PDF can invalidate digital signatures. Your original files are unchanged. On smaller devices, use fewer or smaller files.

    Are my files uploaded?

    No. File processing and previews run in this browser. Reset clears your selection and generated download links.
